Clifton G: Lost 40lbs in 12 weeks!

Worth every last penny!!! Signing up with them was easily the best decision I have made in the last 10 years!!! That is the short and sweet version of my 12 week experience with Revelation Fitness.

For those who need to know more, here is the full version...

Over a twelve week period, they took me from a starting weight of 209 all the way down to 169. Obviously they don't have a magic wand that makes the weight fall off on its own, so there was a lot of work that had to be done on my part, but I could never have achieved those results without their direction and personal attention.

Their focus and commitment on helping you attain your goals is second to none. Before beginning your program they do a one on one consultation so they can assess your personal goals and then chart a specific path to help you hit them. Part of the path is obviously exercise, but they also emphasize that your diet is a critical factor in your overall results. They establish specific guidelines on what and when to eat which were surprisingly easy to follow.

What I feel really sets them apart from their competition is their flexibility when it comes to your workouts. Not only do they allow you to pick what time and which days you are available for training, they also can come to you to get the workout done! That was a huge benefit for me because I work in sales which of course means long, and sometimes unpredictable hours. For this reason, I couldn't commit to an afternoon or evening time, so I requested my sessions to be exclusively in the early AM so that I wouldn't have to worry about missing a workout due to business or the other way around. They were able to set me up with a coach that showed up on my doorstep every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6:30 AM and allowed me to train from the comfort of my own home. In order to achieve my personal goal, I committed to working out three additional days per week on my own and my coach was able to provide me with custom "homework" assignments that kept me right on track.

Overall, I would have to say that I am a 100% satisfied customer and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who wants to "break up" with the body they are living in now and achieve the body that only a twelve week commitment with Revelation Fitness can help you reveal!!!

I found Revelation Fitness via Austin Monthly magazine. After a previous visit to my doctor I knew I had to get into better shape. RevFit took care of the rest.

If you are looking to take your personal fitness to the NEXT level... Mariah and her Coaches @ RevFit are the way to go.

I attend several area boot camps and enjoyed them quite a bit, however, I plateaued in the boot camps just after a few weeks. The main problem I found with the boot camp is that participants come and go and that leads to the class dictating the pace of the workouts rather than the instructor. The instructor has to spend too much time explaining the exercises or throttling the intensity back to the lowest fitness level...

Michael Jester: 196.6 lbs to 154.0 lbs, 28% to 8% bodyfat in 12 weeks!

My journey to single-digit body fat began sometime in the spring of 2009, when I tipped the scales at 215 pounds.  I was tired of going to the store to buy new jeans every month to accommodate my ever-expanding waistline and had decided enough...was...ENOUGH.

Enter… The… Mariah…As someone from an engineering background I like to think in numbers, so I dug up some significant “numbers” from my training log last fall: Michael's scale weight on August 28, 2009 (day of my two-hour consultation with Mariah): 196.6 lbs Michaels scale weight on November 24, 2009 (day of my “after’ photo shoot): 154.0 lbs.  Total weight loss = 42.6 lbs in a little over 12 weeks. Yes, you read that correctly.  I was losing MORE THAN THREE POUNDS PER WEEK FOR TWELVE WEEKS.  Now, let me be candid: this was the most rigorous training program that I have ever been through. And if you are reading this right now, I'd be willing to bet money that (unless you are a former Navy Seal or a former Division-1 college athlete), this is tougher than anything YOU have ever been through. There were days (especially in the beginning) when I would start PRAYING during a workout (“Sweet Jesus, please just help me get through this next set without vomiting!’). It was not uncommon for me to say “Praise Jesus!” at the end of another torture session (er, I meant “training session”). And besides the sheer intensity of the workouts Mariah put me through, I had to make some significant personal sacrifices in terms of my eating habits. But at the end of the program, I was in the best shape of my life (at the age of 34).

Chris Weaver: 15% to 5% bodyfat in 12 Weeks!

Mariah had this spirit of… ‘We’re gonna light the world on fire, we’re gonna make you into an underwear model, make you this hot creature… you’re gonna lift these cars over your head and do amazing feats of human strength’ and I thought, ‘oh… this lady is crazy.’ I’m a little bitty guy. There’s no way. I was wrong.”

Shawn: 37 years old, size 40 to size 32 in 12 weeks!

I had worked with a trainer before but didn’t get the results I was after. A back surgery made me reconsider my position, however. After speaking with one of Mariah MacDonald’s peers who recommended her as the best in the business, however, I decided to give it another try.
She was amazing! I was overweight and self-conscious when we started. Now I’m cut up and love wearing tank tops to the gym! My pecs are thick and my abs are defined. Speaking of my waist – it went from a 40 to a 32 in just 12 Weeks. After Mariah and I finished our 12 weeks I decided to move to New York City and pursue my lifelong dream of becoming a minister. I also do Personal Training and Fitness Modeling on the side. None of this would have been possible were it not for Mariah. She is an amazing, amazing trainer.  Best trainer in the world!

After having been disappointed by trainers at another gym chain I was skeptical about investing in training. However, in my first 12 weeks with my trainer, I lost over 30 lbs! Coach Mariah helped so much outside the gym with nutrition and cardio, monitoring my progress, motivating me, tweaking my program.  I also got my husband involved and he got in incredible shape too!
