Revelation Fitness' 12 Week RevEx Reveal / Transformation Program™ has a singular mission - to achieve specific goals in a pre-determined amount of time.  That singular focus, combined with nutrition, weight training and cardio programming uniquely tailored to each  individual client's body type and goals has garned RevFit a reputation nationally and set the standard for personal training in Austin.

So say your goals are something like: lose bodyfat, see your abs, and get fit.  RevFit will turn those into specific, measurable goals like: reduce your bodyfat to an athletic 8%, get your abs and lines popping for a trip to the beach in 12 weeks (which we will ask you to book in advance to get you in the right frame of mind), set a date to meet with a photographer for an 'After' photo in 12 Weeks, and/or write an email to all of your friends about what you’re doing.  These exercises, which we call RevEx Ship Burning ™ are at the heart of all of our Programs.

Your 12 Week Journey will start with a 1.5-hour orientation session that will set you up on nutrition software, a heart rate monitor and other tools while also assessing your goals, determining your program trajectory, checking your bodyfat and taking your measurements and before picture, doing a vision board for your program, and just generally make a plan.  You will also be assigned a Client Manager, who will be the 'eyes and ears' over your Program for the duration of your 12 Weeks.Once your training begins, our team of coaches collectively tracks and monitors your progress and adjusts your regime as your body adjusts to training.

Once per week your Client Manager, Trainer and the entire RevEx Team will sit down to assess how your body is responding to your training, and break down your plan on a micro-level. Women who wish to be long and lean not bulky, military men and women whose main goal is overall body performance, but who also have vanity goals for particular areas of their body - all those needs and concerns will be individually addressed.

The end result? You reach your short term goals and learn the tools to maintain them for a lifetime.
